Klay Thompson set an NBA record by knocking down 14 3-pointers in Golden State Warriors’ 149-124 victory over the Chicago Bulls.
The All-Star swingman went 14-for-24 from outside the arc and 18-for-29 from the field, racking up 52 points in 27 minutes.
After his struggles to start the season, both Thompson and his teammates were ready for him to break out – and he did it in style!
“I just knew I was in for a big night,” he said afterwards. “It’s the best feeling.”
Klay broke teammate Steph Curry’s mark of 13 3-pointers in a game.
