LeBron James is lacing up in wine and gold sneakers with an animal print heel for his LA Lakers debut – and sales of the shoe have already blown up!
The Nike LeBron 16 are not cheap. They are selling for a retail price of $185.
Dubbed the “King” LeBron 16, they are inspired by the African meaning of his name and his first ever poster. The insoles feature an image of LeBron sitting on a throne wearing his first Nike signature, the Nike Air Zoom Generation.
But confused Lakers fans may be wondering why their new superstar is wearing colors more akin to his old Cleveland Cavaliers. Shouldn’t the kicks be in purple and gold?!
