This Privacy Policy governs your use and access to the following network of websites, which currently includes: (1) http://www.football.com; and (2) http://www.basketball.com (collectively, the "Sites," or individually, a "Site").

Information Collection and Use
A. Information Collection. The Sites do not collect personally identifying information about individuals, except when specifically and knowingly provided by such individuals. We are the sole owner of the information collected on the Sites. We may collect information such as names, addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, user names, passwords, and credit card numbers. A user's personally identifiable information (e.g., name, e-mail address) may be required in certain instances. For example, if we run competitions, promotions, or contests on the Sites, you may be required to provide information such as your telephone number and address in order to participate to aid in our administration of the contest and to assist us in contacting the winners. Every contest or promotion will list specific rules stating how that information may be used. Information is collected through the completion of on-line forms. If a user refuses to provide the required information for a specific service, the user will not be able to utilize that service.
B. Information Use. We use information for the following purposes: to fulfill your requests for products and services, to process credit card payments, to market/promote the Sites, and to contact you. We reserve the right to use your information for market research data purposes to increase the your experience according to personal interests, to track/log the webpage you were on before visiting the Site, and to formulate statistical models.
Registration and On-line Forms
In order to complete registration sign-in forms, or otherwise use our Sites, a user must complete on-line forms or email collection forms on the interior and exterior of the protected areas of the Sites, or on the homepage of each Site for age verification purposes. These forms require a user to provide us with certain contact information (including but not limited to your name, mailing address, telephone number, birth date, and e-mail address) and may require certain financial information (including but not limited to your credit card number and the expiration date for your credit card). This information is used to verify a user's age, to verify credit card details, to validate credit identity, to manage the user's account, and/or to complete the registration sign-up process. If we have trouble processing an order or otherwise need to contact a user, the user's contact information will be used to get in touch with them. From time to time, we may also ask that you provide us with additional information so that we can better tailor our services to meet your needs.
Cookies
The Sites use "cookies." A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive containing information about the user. Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually change your browser to prevent that. Even without a cookie, you can access and enjoy virtually all of the features of our Sites. The Sites utilize specialized "Server Software" with these Cookies to automatically collect information about which pages each user visits as well as the user's Internet Service Provider (e.g., aol.com). A. Sharing. We do not currently sell or otherwise make available specific, personally identifiable information about our users to third parties. However, we will, from time to time, provide advertisers or potential advertisers with aggregated, anonymous information about our users. In addition, any personally identifiable information provided by subscribers as part of an advertiser promotion within the Sites may be provided to such advertisers as needed for the reasonable administration of the promotion. Except as stated in this Privacy Policy or at the time of collection, user's personally identifiable information will not be transferred to a party outside the Sites, its divisions or third party list managers unless stated at the time of collection. B. Third Party Advertising. We use MaxWorldwide and other third-party advertising companies to serve advertisements when you visit our Sites. These companies may use information (not including your name, address, email address or telephone number) about your visits to this and other websites in order to provide advertisements on our Sites and other sites about goods and services that may be of interest to you. In the course of serving advertisements to our Sites, our third-party advertiser may place or recognize a unique "cookie" on your browser. The third-party advertising companies may also employ cookie and 1x1 pixel .gif technology to measure and improve the effectiveness of advertisements for their clients. To do so, these companies may use anonymous information about your visits to our Sites and other websites. This information may include: date/time of banner advertisement shown, the banner advertisement that was shown, the cookie, and/or the IP address. Law Enforcement

Parents & Children
Our Sites do not target children under the age of 13, nor do we solicit data, or knowingly collect personally identifiable information from them. A parent or guardian must mail (address: 9 Goodyear, Irvine, California 92618) or fax (949-457-3194) a signed permission form to the administrator of the Sites' Forums before a user under the age of 13 can complete the registration. Children must ask their parents for permission before they send any information - like name, address, or e-mail address - over the Internet, to us or to anyone else and before making any purchases online. We encourage parents and legal guardians to spend time online with their children and to participate in the interactive activities offered on the sites their children visit. Any personally identifiable information collected by the Sites from children (that we are aware are children) will be used only for the internal use of the Sites. Such use may include market research, prize verification, contest fulfillment or requests for information or materials, and may sometimes be included in our database. Data Quality, Access, and Updating Personal Information
The Sites will take reasonable steps to ensure that the information and data is complete, accurate, and timely for the user's desired purposes.
